Compliance and Fraud

The NIAA has a principles-based and practical approach to program compliance and fraud management. A key component of this is the framework, which is intended to provide greater assurance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Board (EB) that the NIAA has effective controls in place to prevent and deter, monitor and detect, respond and correct and evaluate and report instances of non-compliance and fraud.
