Requesting a Mapping Product
The Geospatial Section has a new form for requesting a new map, dataset, application or advice.
To request a mapping product, geospatial dataset, interactive map or advice, submit a ticket though the Grants Front Door.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Submit a ticket from the Front Door
Open the Program Performance Delivery Group (PPDG) Front Door.
Click on Submit a ticket
Choose a form, select the "Front Door Form" option.
Filling in the form
Requestor Name: Enter your name, if you are logged in, this will be pre-filled.
Add CC: Include other people within the ticket request.
Requester Name: Enter your name
Branch: Enter your branch
Subject: Type in the type of map product you are after.
Job Type: Geospatial
Subtype: Map | Data | Application | Advice | Other
Priority: Enter the priority of the request.
Due Date: Enter the data you need the product by.
Who is the product for?: Where will the product be used?
Please provide further details about your issue: Enter any further information on the product that you want.
Attachment: Provide an attachment for the request (spreadsheet, emails).
Click the Submit button.
