Grants and Finance Group


The Grants and Finance Group provides trusted and reliable end-to-end grants management services, strategic financial and IT leadership for the Agency. The Group consists of four branches: 

  • ICT, Data and Systems
  • Finance
  • Grants Management Unit
  • Grant Services Branch


What is the Grants Front Door?


The Grants Front Door provides a single point of access for NIAA for all grant management requests.  Its purpose is to provide high quality and consistency of services and advice to time-critical requests and adopt best practices across the Agency in management and administration of grants.  


Services of the Grants Front Door


Self Service: Up to date and user-friendly resources for users to self-service.


Help Desk: Directly assisting users with common, low complexity and low risk requests.


SME Advice: Connecting users with more complex queries to the appropriate area or SME.


Case Management: Providing continuous coordination for ongoing and complex issues requiring input from multiple areas of GFG.


Critical Issue Management: Coordinating critical high risk and high urgency issues within GFG.
