IMPORTANT

Before you submit your request can you please ensure you have completed the short mandatory training course (this link) GPS Overview and Grants Lifecycle (5 mins). Access forms submitted without user completion of this course will not be submitted for account creation.

What access do i need?

The three base levels of access most NIAA staff need is listed below, any additional access request may require a business case.

The below roles will grant all required access for Agreement Managers, Engagement Officers and Program/Policy teams:

  • Funding Arrangement Manager 
  • Application Appraiser 
  • Reviewer 

Base Qlik Access:

  • Qlik Explorer

How to complete the form

The requesting officer (user requesting access) is required to complete the below fields in the form:

  • Agency Details
  • User Details
  • Service Required 
  • GPS Request Type
  • User Acceptance

Once User Acceptance is completed the form will submit to your selected delegate (must be an EL2 or higher) for approval. 

GPS Access requests can take up to 10 business days to be completed depending on the level of access requested and wait times for account generation with the Department of Social Services, if access requests are urgent, please have your EL2 provide a business case to approve the extradition of this request by email and attach to form. Please provide advice that the business case is attached when submitting form to the Grants Front Door Helpdesk.
