Relationship Manager
Relationship managers can help with complex and large (Case Management) or urgent (Critical Issue Management) pieces of work involving multiple Grants Service Branch (GSB) teams. They will coordinate a response from multiple GSB teams and keep you informed and involved throughout the process.
If you design a new grant opportunity, a relationship manager will work closely with you to support you through the process.
Your relationship manager can also help manage other issues, such as re-purposing existing funding, novation of an agreement, or responding to emergency funding.
