IAS Indexation and SCSO Supplementation

Inflation increases the operating costs of IAS service providers.   The Government is providing financial support to help IAS Service providers deliver important frontline services by: assessing their extra costs through the Grant Assessment Process (GAP)



Indexing IAS payments starting in 2023-24.



Distributing top-up payments through the Support for Community Sector Organisations (SCSO) supplementation measure.

Indexation and SCSO for the 2023‑24 financial year will be provided to eligible providers from January 2024. The following information explains the policy background and how NIAA will roll out the additional funding.
