Changes to the UPDATE/NEW Organisation request forms

LinkOrganisation Access Request Form


This new online version (above) of the form now combines both PDF forms in one form which allows the user to select whether they want to update an existing organisation record or create one new.

 

When completing this form users will notice that the email generated will be sent directly to OrgData team to process, noting the request no longer is required to be submitted or cc'd to the Grants Front Door helpdesk.


However, If you are having any issues or concerns when trying to complete this form, please submit a ticket through the Front door portal. 

 

Please ensure sufficient bank account verification is included as an attachment to the form if you are updating bank accounts etc. 


The Org Data team have advised they are working on a task card to assist in completing the form.
