Since we are connected to One Network, the process to log in to the Front Door Portal has changed slightly. The change is in the location of where you select your option in single sign on.
Please follow the directions below.
Logging in as an Agent or Customer is the same process.
The change is shown below, where you are now required to select VANGuard (FAS).
Once you are logged in your picture or initials will show near Submit a Ticket.
Note: *Please note that tickets from the old official account will not be shown
