Record Improvement Commitment Plan (ICP)

Introduction

Use this Guide

If you have completed a CDP PPRXX assessment and the CDP Grant Activity requires an Improvement Commitment Plan (ICP) you MUST record this in CRM/FUSION for reporting purposes.

 

Overview

Improvement Commitment Plan (ICP) is recorded as an ACTION ITEM, Why?

  • Reduces reporting requirements for NIAA Engagement Officers
  • Single Source of truth for real-time reporting (CDP Performance Team/Regional Managers)

Navigate to CDP GRANT ACTIVITY 

Step 1

 

 Note: You will need to have the Share+ LINK to the Improvement Commitment Plan

Access Required

  • FUSION Access Roles:
    1. Assessor – Engagement Officer
    2. Approver – Nominated FUSION User

Recording Improvement Commitment Plan ACTION ITEM

Step 1 – NAVIGATE TO GRANT ACTIVITY after completing PPR Site Visit Assessment

Navigate to CDP Grant Activity

Navigate to ACTION ITEM tab [1]

ADD + NEW ACTION ITEM [2]

THIS WILL TRIGGER THE NEW ACTION ITEM FORM - Goto Step 2


 

 

Step 2 – Create Improvement Commitment Plan ACTION ITEM

From Action Item Type [1]

 

Select IMPROVEMENT COMMITMENT PLAN [2]

 

Note: 

Regarding, Grant Activity and Organisation will default to CDP Grant Activity and should not be changed.

Complete additional fields (optional)

Description = Additional info only

Responsible Party = NIAA

Responsible Person = NIAA Region Staff

Agency Region = Region

Due Date = See CDP Perfromance

Priority = Normal

Confidentiality = Internal Only

Stakeholders = Provider contact

Example only

Select Save or Save & Close to confirm updates


 

 

Step 3 – Add Share+ link of Improvement Commitment Plan

From the Action Item Form

(Can be selected from Site Visit Assessmnet or Grant Activity) 

Navigate to the ACTION ITEM TIMELINE [1]

Add NOTE [2]

From the Note Record 

Add TITLE [1]

Paste Share+ Hyperlink to link ICP FILE [2] 

Select Add Note [3]

To copy Hyperlink from Share+ 

Click Elipsis (three dots) next to file [1]

From the Pop-up Click Clipboard Icon [2]

CTRL + V back in note to Add Hyperlink in the Description field.

DONE the Improvement Commitment Plan is now added as an ACTION ITEM
