Updating an Improvement Commitment Plan (ICP)/Performance Commitment Plan (PCP) in CRM/FUSION enables a single source of truth for NIAA to record, manage and report the status and progress of every ICP/PCP.
Quick Summary:
Use ACTION ITEM to change the status of an ICP/PCP.
FROM the CDP GRANT ACTIVITY
NAVIGATE to ACTIONS & TIMELINE tab
SELECT the ICP/PCP ACTION ITEM
FROM the ACTION ITEM select the ADMINISTRATION tab
SELECT the STATUS REASON and change the STATUS from the drop down and click SAVE & CLOSE
DONE

Why What is the work to be actioned? | Using CRM/FUSION will enable a Single Source of Truth to record, manage and report on CDP ICP/PCP related to PPRs. Reduce impact on Regional Workforce for reporting by CDP Performance to Regional/Group Managers, NIAA Senior Executive and Ministers Office. |
