It is recommended that Users clear their cache BEFORE logging in after a release has occurred.

How to clear your cache

1. Use Ctrl+Shift+Del to go to Clear browsing data.

2. Choose All time and Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

3. Click Clear now.

4. Close all browser sessions.

5. Open a new browser session and log into FUSION/CRM again.

January - FUSION 28	Funding Decision (FD) - major updates to enable Applications to be split into multiple Funding Decision records. Minor enhancements - Budget Measure - Add new Option sets Program Component - Add SOETM to Outcome Element option set.
February - FUSION 28.1	Funding Decision (FD) Split Canvas App - Add 'Split the Applied Amount into Funding Decisions' section to enable Users to split the Applied for Amounts up for the respective Split Funding Decision records by financial year. Activity Risk Assessment (ARA) functionality updates - a. to create ARAs directly from the Split FD records b. to update Split FDs related to ARAs when Delegate has made a decision, and the Parent Funding Brief (FB) is finalised c. to remove ARAs for Split FD records when related Application is removed d. Executive View to display the FD Split ARA record e. Export FB functionality to include FD Split ARA records Funding Decision - update the FD functionality to remind the Clearance Officer to update Approved Amounts. Activity Approval Verification (AVR) - Update to enable more flexibility when matching to FDs. Minor bug fix.
April - FUSION 29	The purpose of this release is to deploy the major updates to the Empowered Communities (EC) module to improve the end-to-end process of joint decision making (JDM) reducing administrative tasks and increasing consistency through process standardisation. This includes: 1. Revamped EC JDM indicators generation webjob 2. Updated EC JDM indicator form layout 3. Enhanced Review functionality of active EC JDM indicators t 4. A new Reassess functionality 5. Updated language of ‘Empowered Communities’ Planned Investment – 2 bug fixes Funding Brief - 1 bug fix Conflict Declaration - 1 bug fix
July - FUSION 30	Enhancements included in this release; • Grant Application Assessments capability - Funding Brief drafters to enter a Program Owner’s recommendation for Grant Applications in a Funding Decisions. This task was previously performed in GPS. • Funding Decision business process workflow (BPF) - A seven-step visual business process flow has been implemented for the Funding Decision, which guides users through a defined process for how to complete a Funding Decision. • Empowered Community Processes - Bulk Reassess Command: This enables the creation of EC JDM records in Bulk to perform a reassessment. • Grant Activity Action Items - When a New action item is created as a result of Grant Activity, the Organisation field is populated that is the Organisation record against the Grant Activity. • Grant Opportunity Guideline - Allow Medium size risk to be Published without having to complete the Finance Minister Approval section. Bug fixes Funding Brief - Not allowing Superseded FDs to be re-selected in a new Funding Brief.

June - FUSION 26	AVR - Users can merge/split/mark complete AVR (For System Support and Reporting Team only) Funding Decision - Update the Legal Commitment Amounts on Funding Decisions created from Merge or Split AVR records Funding Decision - Engagement Officers receive an email notification when Funding Decision has a Status Reason of “Outcome Notification” Funding Decision - 1 bug fix
July - FUSION 27	Conflict Declaration (CD) enhancements - Help section updated. Updates to Deactivate button, Declared on Date field and BPF. Reminders dates included for Declarer, Reviewer and Approver, Reminder emails to generate every 14 days. No Conflict Declaration updates and new system views for Conflict Declaration. Funding Brief enhancements - Delegate approver level and office recorded when approved, new Prepared date field and "Decision Made By" field updated to "Decision Entered By". Funding Decision - Delegate's position recorded when Funding Brief approved, "Delegate (Minister)" when Funding Brief completed for a Ministerial brief, validation applied to Date Executed field. Funding Decision - 1 bug fix
September - FUSION 27.1	Approval Verification Record (AVR) enhancements - New Delegate Position Level field, new approval method of Link to Variation, auto completion of AVR when Funding Decision selected for AVR. Planned Investment enhancement – Update GOG Command button. Funding Decision enhancement – Planned Investment Warning message. Funding Brief enhancement – Planned Investment Error message. October - FUSION 27.2	Planned Investment update - Create a flag to exclude a GOG record on Funding Decision and Funding Brief. Organisation updates - a. Add Communication Protocol to FUSION Organisation form. b. Add Organisation Type and Alternate name field to FUSION Organisation form. Funding Decision update – “Funding Decision - Required Engagement Office Action” system view criteria.
November - FUSION 27.3	Funding Brief – Updated the Recommendation section heading. Document links – Updated the character length limit for all Document links. Funding Decision - 1 bug fix Approval Verification Record –1 bug fix
December - CRM Release 14.2	Hot Fix 1 - When sending/drafting an email in CRM/FUSION, users receive a Business Process error. Outcome of fix: Users will now be able to send emails from CRM for all scenarios, including Site Visit Confirmation and Statement of Compliance email templates without error.
