Quick Summary:

1. User will Create an Appoint/Appointments to Locations from the CDP PPRXX Site Visit Assessment Record by;

    - Navigate to CDP Site Visit Assessment (SVA)  

    - Navigate to Site Visit Locations tab

    - Select Location or Locations button 

            (Note: User can select multiple Locations for a single Appointment) dependent on PPR17 Business need

    - Select + New Appointment 

    - Add Contact or Organisation to Required Attendees

    - Subject = PPRXX LOCATION Site Visit Assessment

    - Location = Suburb, STATE or Community, STATE

    - Purpose = Site Visit - Virtual, Site Visit - Face to Face 

    - Save & Close


2. Once Site Visit Assessment (SVA) has been completed 

    - Navigate to CDP Site Visit Assessment (SVA) 

    - Navigate to Appointments tab

    - Click ✅ Mark Complete

Note: CRM Team will already have CDP PPRXX Site Visit Assessment and Locations created

CDP PPR Advice - Site Visit Assessments (All CDP Regions)


Create PPRXX Site Visit Assessment (SVA) Appointment

(If more than one location only requires one Appointment with CDP Provider)

How1. From the CDP Site Visit Assessment View, select your Site Visit Assessment


2. Navigate to Site Visit Locations
- Select Location or Locations for the Appointment
⚠️Note: Appointment may be for multiple locations
- Select + New Appointment button

3. From the New Appointment Form;
- Required Attendees = ADD Contact or Organisation Records 
⚠️Note: Adds Appointment to their Timeline too
- Subject = PPRXX  [LOCATION] SVA
- Classification = 2-Official
- Location = SUBURB, STATE OR COMMUNITY, STATE 
Use Toggle for MS Teams 


4. From the New Appointment Form (Continued);
- Start Date/Time = Update as required
- End Date/Time = Update as required
- Purpose = Site Visit - On Location (face to face)/Site Visit Virtual = MS Teams
- Save & Close
 
5. To Complete after Site Visit Assessment has been conducted;
- From the Appointments tab;
- Select Appointment Link

- Click MARK COMPLETE
DONE
WhyEnsures all Site Visit Location Appointments can be monitored in one place, reducing impacts on Regional Offices.
