TAG(s) - CRM TAG(s) SOP's (SOP.CRM.9.0)

Tags must have a reason to be applied, i.e. using them to pull records into a View, or there is a reporting reason

First open the CRM record you wish to add a tag to.

1. Click in the add tags area

2. Scroll through the list or start typing for a tag you want to use e.g. “Budget 2024”

3. You must select the tag


*Please note tags can only be added once new records are saved.

** Check you have selected the correct approved tag; you will see a green A in the tag icon.
