Why Benefit to using CRM	All RAES interactions and public enquiries are being reported to NIAA executive tabled monthly and on request. If enquiries are not recorded correctly they will not be reported. NIAA has a responsibility to ensure Indigenous Australians are Heard, Reconised and Empowered. By recording interactions in CRM ensures we respect our stakeholders.
