Any NIAA staff engaging in relation to RAES (Engagement Officer, GMU or Program and Policy)
What
(what is recorded)
Any interaction - Phone Call, Email, Appointment or Task related to RAES, usually when NIAA are visiting or arranged meeting with existing relationship.

Public Enquiry - General enquiry (cold call, walk up into NIAA office) regarding the RAES Program/Policy.

All interactions should be added to RAES Engagements, arranged by NIAA REGION, link to each Regions engagement is listed below.

Why
Benefit to using CRM
All RAES interactions and public enquiries are being reported to NIAA executive tabled monthly and on request.
If enquiries are not recorded correctly they will not be reported.

NIAA has a responsibility to ensure Indigenous Australians are Heard, Reconised and Empowered. By recording interactions in CRM ensures we respect our stakeholders.
